The team works with a wide range of materials, including state-of-the-art Empress® restorations. Empress restorations use a completely metal-free, heat-pressed, glass ceramic that provides better support, strength, and durability than traditional ceramic materials.

Part of that is due to the use of leucite crystals, which exhibit a high shrinkage at high temperatures. This makes Empress restorations less prone to breaking and cracking, which means fewer dental visits and a reduced cost over the years, not to mention a beautiful smile.

What is involved with getting a restoration?

Every restoration is slightly different and therefore entails its own unique procedure. Some of the steps that many restorations have in common include:
